Up!? #5

The next contraction comes and with a horf the whole head is pushed into her mouth. The contraction ends and her belly unsqueezes, sucking her baby's head back to the opening of her throat. She makes a sound like a chicken clucking as it pushes against her throat. She can't fight the urge and tries to push, but it is useless without a contraction helping her, and she just feels the back of the baby's head uselessly rolling back and forth at the base of her tongue. Every part of her mouth feels, tastes, and is strained by her large child. 

She rests for a moment, straining pain in her jaw and bad tasting goo constantly flowing out over her tongue. The next contraction finally comes and pushes the baby back forward a centimeter or so, but despite her best efforts, she makes no progress and it falls back again when the contraction ends. The satyr pulls her head forward, straightening her neck a bit. The next ones come faster and shorter and she also feels spasms as her body attempts to cough. With a rubbing pain finally she feels progress. She coughs the baby forward and her lips are immediately stretched to their limit. The contraction ends. Everything aches, everything tastes bad, her chest is sore and her stomach is in knots. And there is a baby coming out of her mouth. A faint moan is audible.

"Good girl" says the satyr.
